MARTINSICURO: A CYCLIST’S PARADISE

Martinsicuro is the starting point for the first section of the 131-kilometre Bike To Coast cycle path to San Salvo on the Molise border. The long route, almost completely flat, winds along the Adriatic’s green way through 19 municipalities and some of Italy’s most beautiful beaches. The cycle path does not cross any roads open to traffic, making cycling safe and easy. Don’t miss this fantastic adventure in bikes with views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Abruzzo mountains.

Zone 30 is an area where the speed limit is a maximum of 30 km/h: a safety measure for bikers and pedestrians, who can thus move along the city streets with greater peace of mind. Today Martinsicuro is the first municipality, together with six other contiguous municipalities, to form a continuous line of 45 km and will hold the record of Italy’s longest zone 30, adhering to the sustainability and safety project to ensure quality tourism.
