The residence's restaurant, Fishbones, offers a unique gastronomic journey, combining Abruzzo tradition with Japanese sushi. Among the most popular dishes are fish specialities, such as chitarrina al sapore di mare (pasta with seafood sauce) and gnocchetti ai gamberi e zucchine (small gnocchi with prawns and courgettes). During meals, guests can enjoy a unique culinary spectacle, with sushi prepared in the dining room before their eyes.
